User Data Deletion
How to request deletion of your data, where to send the request, and how long it takes.

Summary
www.bitech.id has no account system. You do not need to log in, and no user profile is stored on our servers. Deletion here therefore means removing project correspondence and technical records linked to you, not deleting an account.
What to Include in Your Request
To let us act on your request, email us with the subject Data Deletion Request and include the following.
The full name you used when contacting us.
The email address or WhatsApp number you used.
A short description of which data you want deleted, such as the content of a project brief, the date of a conversation, or a form you submitted through the site.
How to Send Your Request
Send the request to the email below, or send it through WhatsApp on the same number. Either channel reaches our team directly.
How Long It Takes
We send a receipt confirmation within seven working days. Requests are completed no later than thirty days after receipt, or sooner if the data no longer exists.
What We Delete
As requested, we delete project correspondence, the project brief you sent through WhatsApp or email, and technical records that can be linked to you, such as access logs and the language cookie in your browser.
Deletion cannot reach aggregated usage data held by Google Analytics and LogRocket, which does not store your name, email, or phone number. We can still adjust settings that prevent such identifiers from being re-associated with you.
Data We Cannot Delete
Certain records cannot be deleted because of legal obligations. These include security logs retained to investigate breaches, and bookkeeping and tax records required by law. Such data is kept for no other purpose and is not shared.
